These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and td222 ("td222", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the td222 website located at https://td222.io, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional features, payment services, and customer support channels.

td222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and residential address ("KYC verification") at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when triggered by platform monitoring systems. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by td222 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account.

Each player is permitted to open and maintain exactly one (1) account on the td222 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, using the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or within the same household, is strictly prohibited. Where td222 identifies multiple accounts associated with a single player, td222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, void any pending bets or bonus credits, and retain any funds within those accounts pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits td222's liability for death or personal injury caused by td222's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where td222's liability is not excluded by these Terms, td222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the player's use of the td222 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

td222 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the td222 Privacy Policy, available at td222.io/privacy-policy.

Where an account is terminated by td222 other than for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification requirements having been met.

These Terms, together with the td222 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between td222 and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
